It is designed so it can be wrapped around the neck, a knee, lower back, across the abdomen or draped down the spine for hot or cold therapy anywhere it is needed most!
Filled with 100% natural materials: flax seed, wheat, rice, vanilla essential oil, lavender & chamomile flowers, peppermint, rosemary, spearmint, elderberries & eucalyptus leaves, rose hips & petals.
For hot application place your therapy pack in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and apply where needed!
For cold application place your therapy pack in the freezer for 1-2 hours and apply as needed!
